Stefanie Althaus is a well-known expert in family and inheritance law through her regular talks and publications. Her analytical judgment and psychological intuition allow her to skilfully manage complex legal and human constellations. She passionately and considerately engages in finding the best solution for her clients.
After obtaining her degree in 2006, Stefanie Althaus worked at a district court in the canton of Zurich for several years, focusing on proceedings in family and inheritance law. After a stay abroad in Hawai'i, she began practicing as an attorney specialising in family and inheritance law in 2011. In 2015, she took on a position at one of Switzerland's top 20 law firms in this field. After attaining a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in family law from the Universities of Fribourg and Zurich in 2017 and the title Certified Specialist SBA in family law, she gained an appointment to teach at the University of Zurich. She is a founding member and partner of AH4 AG Family Law Experts.
She likes to spend her time off work in the water, preferably on a surfboard.
